Installing the Software

The software is designed to work via an internet connection and the data is stored off site to ensure it is preserved. There are different versions of the software that can be downloaded, for assistance determining which software you need, please contact head office. When the software has been saved to the target computer, run the .exe and go through the setup wizard (default settings do not need to be changed).

If you are unable to install any software, you may not have admin rights on your PC and may need to contact your IT support for assistance with this.

 

When you see this screen, you have a valid connection to us. If you do not get this screen when launching the software, it is likely that there is no internet connection to us. Reboot the PC and contact your IT support for assistance with your internet connection.

If you would like to install the software on other computers, either copy the the install file using a pen drive or download again from the website on each computer.
